Lizzie Smith Jones (she/her)

Lizzie is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute with over 30 years’ experience in leadership, strategic change and people-focused transformation. She leads the South East Wales portfolio for National Trust Cymru, working alongside more than 500 staff and volunteers to care for historic places, welcome communities and ensure Welsh heritage is accessible to everyone.

Passionate about Welsh culture and identity, Lizzie is driven by creating opportunities for people to connect with heritage in unique ways that truly matter to them. Her values and approach sit naturally alongside Aloud’s mission to spark pride and confidence in young people across Wales.

Beyond her professional role, Lizzie is also an experienced foster carer. This lived experience deepens her belief in the power of music and creativity to nurture confidence, build connection and open doors to opportunity – values that sit at the very heart of The Aloud Charity.
