Our Policies

The Board of Trustees has a responsibility to adopt, monitor and review the policies of The Aloud Charity. Each policy is reviewed on an annual basis with different policies considered at each quarterly board meeting. Staff are involved in the development and revision of policies prior to presentation to Trustees.

Dignity at Work Policy

We are fully committed to sustaining a positive and mutually supportive working environment free from harassment, discrimination, bullying and victimisation. This policy describes our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion at work.

Environmental Policy

The Aloud Charity is committed to minimising the impact its activities have on the environment. This policy shows how we will improve our performance to ensure the sustainability of our activities.
