Nick Bristow
Biography
Nick was born in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and grew up in Tewkesbury. He moved to Cardiff to study Music at Cardiff University, graduating in 1997 and completed a PGCE in Secondary Music the following year. He is currently Head of Performing Arts at Treorchy Comprehensive School.
Nick is a proud founder member of Only Men Aloud and enjoyed an amazing 12 years of singing, working and travelling with the choir. Although no longer a member, Nick likes to stay close to the organisation, arranging songs, taking rehearsals and occasionally accompanying the choir.
Nick loves being a Choir Leader for Only Boys Aloud because it combines his two great passions: Music and Education. When he has some spare time, Nick enjoys playing Keys and Bass in bands, watching sport, and spending time with his family at their favourite local pub!
