Biography
Alys Carlton is an Executive Coach and Mentor. After 18 years as a corporate lawyer in London, Milan and Cardiff, Alys launched her own coaching and consultancy business in 2020 helping professionals, entrepreneurs and executives face the future with confidence and clarity.
Alys is also Vice Chair of the Welsh Government’s Expert Panel on Supporting Entrepreneurial Women. Having benefited from her participation in numerous county orchestras and ensembles in her youth – for free – she is passionate about the role this activity plays in the development of young people. She is a fluent Welsh speaker.
