WHAT’S A REHEARSAL LIKE?

Case Study

The first time walking into a local rehearsal was very nerve-wracking. However after getting introduced to the Choir Leaders and the boys from my area I quickly felt part of the family. We spent the first section playing games and warming up our voices, the second section was spent learning new pieces which was really exciting and helped to further my understanding of music.

Soon after came my first Full rehearsal. This was the most exciting part of the experience because it was great to meet so many boy’s with the same interest of music as myself. It was my first time meeting Tim who was an amazingly talented and inspirational guy. Singing “Try Again” with the full choir was another memorable experience as it just felt so special. One full rehearsal was with a Californian choir who visited Cardiff. This was great as I gained friends from across the globe which I’m still in contact with. It was also really nice to share music with each other and enjoyable to watch their performances and perform to them.
