Thank you Cazbah!

Case Study

Over the past year, The Aloud Charity and Cazbah have formed a wonderful new partnership which has led to the development of a transformative way of communicating with our choir members. This was supported by an investment from A&B Cymru’s CultureStep.

Through this partnership, Cazbah worked with us to develop a bespoke online platform – eventbocs – for choir members. In doing so, we have been able to streamline how our choir members access information and ensure that they can engage with us virtually. By providing our choristers with the ability to join rehearsals, watch useful tutorials and absorb important updates on one secure platform, we have been able to facilitate more regular and engaged communication. Unable to deliver face-to-face rehearsals for nearly two years, improving this communication with Cazbah’s help has been truly invaluable to us as a charity.

The partnership has also been fruitful for event management, marketing and research company Cazbah. Kate Parsons – Director at Cazbah commented:

“To be able to support Aloud through what have been such challenging times for singers and musicians has been so incredibly rewarding. Even though rehearsals have thankfully reverted to face to face, we hope the online portals will continue to be a useful resource for all of the young people involved. It’s been an absolute pleasure to be able to help and we will continue to support Aloud wherever we can in the future.”

Craig Yates – Creative Director at The Aloud Charity said:

“All our Aloud groups have benefitted massively from our collaboration with Cazbah and the brilliant resources that we have received with eventbocs. It has enabled us to completely change the way we work and has meant that all our choir members and their families now have instant access to everything they need to be a member of an Aloud choir. It is an essential online tool to give instant access for them to learn their music, to find out about their rehearsals and to join online rehearsals right across Wales and beyond. Huge thanks to Arts and Business Cymru for facilitating this incredible relationship.”

With Cazbah’s support, we are looking forward to what the future holds. We would like to take this opportunity to thank A&B Cymru’s CultureStep programme for supporting the rewarding partnership.
