Only Boys Aloud is heading West!

Only Boys Aloud (OBA) was founded in 2010 with the aim of providing life changing experiences to teenage boys across Wales and to help raise aspirations, self-esteem and confidence. Now 11 years old, with more than 200 members attending choirs across South and North Wales, we intend to establish new choirs in Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire, as well as develop our current provision in Carmarthenshire.

Thank you to Arts Council of Wales and The Bluestone Foundation for supporting this project.

The door is open to any boy between 11-19 years old from every background and ability, be them experienced singers or those that have never ventured into the choral world.

There is no audition and no fee to join.

If you live local to these counties and would like to join an Only Boys Aloud choir, we’d love to hear from you!

We are also recruiting new Choir Leaders to join our team for this exciting project. Could this be you? Please click here for more information.

Help Save The Aloud Charity

Only Boys Aloud, which has supported more than 6,500 boys since they launched in 2010, needs to raise £150,000 to save both the Aloud Charity and its famous Only Boys Aloud choir.
