Only Kids Aloud 2022: Now Auditioning!


Thanks to generous support from the Hodge Foundation, we are thrilled to launch a new Only Kids Aloud Chorus for 2022!

Children in Wales aged 9-12 and currently in school years 5, 6 and 7 are welcome to join!

If you are successful, you will be invited to an individual audition and participate in a group workshop which will be held across Wales later this year. There will be a fee of £25 to attend this audition and workshop. If you’re unable to pay this fee, please contact us.

If you are successful following the live audition, you’ll become an Only Kids Aloud Chorus member in 2022! The chorus will meet regularly throughout the year with a series of regional + national rehearsals, residential rehearsals and exciting performances. There will be a membership fee of £500 to join. The January – December 2022 membership fee contributes towards the following:

  • Regional Introduction Days in Spring. These will be held simultaneously in January, February and March. You’ll be attending a rehearsal that’s local to you on 1 Sunday a month. Dates TBC. Parents / guardians are welcome to attend these sessions. (Sessions will be held simultaneously in North, Mid and South Wales)
  • Regional Rehearsals, running simultaneously in North, Mid and South Wales. These will be held simultaneously in January, February and March. You’ll be attending a rehearsal that’s local to you on 1 Sunday a month. Dates TBC.
  • 2 x Residential Courses (Easter and Summer courses – accommodation, food, transport and social activities are included) Dates TBC.
  • Performances and concerts (accommodation, food and travel are included)
  • Licensed chaperones (your child will be looked after by licensed chaperones whilst partaking in Only Kids Aloud rehearsals and performances).
  • OKA merchandise
