On the 7th of June 2016, our Principality Only Boys Aloud Academi members had the privilege of singing at the opening of the fifth Welsh Assembly in Cardiff Bay. The boys sang Calon Lân in the foyer of the Senedd building as the Royal party, consisting of the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall made their way through the assembled guests. Two of our boys, Gethin from Holyhead and Rhys from Cwmbran were very lucky to be chosen to present the Queen and the Duchess of Cornwall with flowers. The boys then went on to sing You’ll Never Walk Alone, Try Again and Sospan Fach to the guests. It was a truly memorable day!

Help Save The Aloud Charity

Only Boys Aloud, which has supported more than 6,500 boys since they launched in 2010, needs to raise £150,000 to save both the Aloud Charity and its famous Only Boys Aloud choir.
